My 25+ years of professional experience to date have been characterised by international assignments, team leadership, creativity, communication and constant change.
I see every challenge and change as a personal opportunity for self-development. You learn to see your job, the world and people with new eyes and to welcome change with open arms.
As executive, I have lived the positive leadership approach, knowing that a company’s most valuable asset is its employees. Over the past few years, I have therefore been intensively involved in coaching, strength-orientation and talent development and have trained as a certified Systemic Coach, NLP Coach, PERMA-Lead® Coach and LEGO®SeriousPlay® Facilitator.
Discovering, developing and seeing human potential grow is something that fills me with great satisfaction. Or as Zig Ziglar said, ‘You don’t build a business; you build people, and then people build the business.’ That’s why I dedicate myself entirely to my passion: people who strive to thrive.
